COMAR is dedicated to the sale of turbot. It has a unique location for the breeding of this fish, as it is in the northern part of the Ria de Vigo, in front of the Cies Islands, and is washed by the cool, oxygenated waters of the Atlantic.
COMAR already has a long history, since it was founded in 1987 by a group ofentrepreneurs and Vigo and Moaña. Currently employs 18 people.
We are dedicated to the sale of turbot in sizes ranging from 0.5lbs and 3.0kg.According to customer needs. There are no secrets when it comes to producingfish. These are kept in tanks with a wealth of sea water and oxygen.
During the two years it takes to reach commercial size are fed fishmeal and fish oilthe best quality. As the keys are good water quality and supply.
Our intention is to focus on delivering the highest quality and freshness of the product, so we try to feed the fish a diet low in fat reduces the fat end of the turbot.
