Point Judith Pond forms a partial border between the communities of Narragansett and South Kingstown, and is connected to Point Judith Harbor by a narrow waterway. This waterway was constructed in the 1930's and was originally made to support the fishing fleet of Pt. Judith, and the fishing community of Galilee.
