The San Francisco Crab Boat Owners Association has been protecting the rich seafood fisheries off the coast of San Francisco since 1913. Our association members are the men and women who operate small, family owned fishing boats that catch Dungeness crab, Wild California King Salmon, Herring, and many other species that live in the cold waters of the Pacific ocean. We are also actively involved in community education, and fishing resource legislation to ensure that the rich heritage of commercial fishing for Bay Area residents will survive for future generations.
