ARICA SEAFOODS PRODUCER S.A, is a Chilean company specialized in the fishing industry, initially formed in 1985 as owners fishing for fish for fishmeal production, for large flour processing plants in the country, then the 1996, the owner decides to use part of the fishery for human consumption for this building, ARICA SEAFOODS PRODUCER S.A, plant 5. 300 m2, located in the industrial park Puerta America, the northern end of the city of Arica, Chile.
The plant started its activities in 2001, processing and exporting salted anchovies in the Spanish market in 2002, expanded its production of anchovy fillet, and from 2010 the company diversifies completely processed and offering the following products:
1. "Boqueron wide" or "White Anchovies," which is marinated anchovies and mix different oils in plastic trays of various sizes and shapes.
2. Giant Squid or cuttlefish (Dosidicus gigas), rolled and frozen.
3. Mahi-Mahi, fresh frozen
