Founded in 1988, Bretagne Salmon has quickly become the market for smoked salmon and trout quality.
Bretagne Salmon works of lean fresh raw salted with dry salt and smoked over beech wood and ensures a finished product without any freezing. Its products, marketed under the following brands: Bretagne Saumon, Maxim's de Paris, La Compagnie du Saumon, which are present in the retail, food service, as well as from industry.
The company currently generates a turnover of 22 million euros (84% France and 16% export) with a permanent staff of 130 people and more than 280 people at the end of the year.
