Seair Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company operates two business units: Seair Septic Inc. (Septic) and Seair Diffusion Systems Inc. Septic owns and operates a fleet of rental portable wastewater treatment units, which are primarily used to perform sewage treatment at remote campsites throughout Alberta. Septic utilizes the Company’s technologies in approximately 100 portable wastewater treatment plants, all of which are available for use in western Canada. Seair Diffusion Systems Inc. focuses on research and development, with the intention of developing markets for other applications of the diffusion technology. Its flow-through surface mining water treatment systems provide on-site processing of groundwater in connection with preparation or operation of surface mines. During the fiscal year ended August 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it sold a portable wastewater treatment unit to Sunterra, an oil and gas customer in the United States.
