The economic observatory, a statistical tool developed by CIPA serving the aquaculture sector of the French mainland. The economic observatory CIPA works since late 99. It is based on statements of a panel of farmers and processors volunteers. These statements relate stocks, release of hatchery (for consumption or marketing of living), and sales made by processing plants for trout rainbow. These figures are summarized in tonnage APR (Weight Equivalent Integer) overall and average prices.
