The Scottish Seafood Processor's Federation is the Body representing seafood processors in Scotland. Their membership comprises demersal, pelagic, shellfish and salmon processors from all around Scotland.
The Scottish Seafood Processors Federation was established for the following objectives:
To co-ordinate, preserve and promote the interests of all Scottish fish processors on all issues of general importance to their sector.
To negotiate preferential terms for services to members.
To assist members to procure fish from other countries.
To negotiate and arrange access to and utilisation of fish boxes and all ancillary matters.
To organise common action on behalf of members.
To seek to promote Scottish processed fish.
To promote the effective use of information technologies within the sector.
To do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
