Since August of the year 2000, Empresa Pesquera Polar has become the first Ecuadorian fishing company to produce steam dried fishmeal. From this moment we are able to produce special fishmeal with high protein content in a low temperature process. This type of process makes this type of fishmeal an excellent source of nutriment for the shrimp and fish farming industry and to the poultry, and meat industry.
Our company offers steam dried rotatube-hot air fishmeal, fish oil, which is a by-product of the fishmeal process, amminoacids’ concentrate BIG SHRIMP®, and frozen fish for bait.
