Olvea Fish Oils, formerly Winterisation Europe, and Olvea Atlantic, formerly Winterisation Atlantic, have at their disposal cold filtering units for Fish Oil. Their winterisation units with a capacity above 30,000 tons per annum along with their know how enable them to stand as the European leaders for the production of winterised fish oils and lard oils. The group has been commercialising fish and cod liver oils since 1929. Over the past ten years, the company gradually stood out on the omega 3 fish oil market by building a new factory in Morocco including a storage unit, a refining unit and a winterisation unit. The equipments of this subsidiary, OLVEA Atlantic, were put into service in June 2005.
