We develop all of our seasoning and breading recipes locally, here at our Seattle-based facility, Northwest Seafood Processors. Since 1992 we’ve been cooking up delicious flavor profiles like our Original Recipe Breaded Flounder and Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia. We’re constantly developing fresh new flavors like our newest additions, a cool ranch Santa Fe-inspired breading, a spicy jalapeno breading, and a bacon flavored breading.
In an increasingly global industry, nearly 20 years ago, Odyssey began building international relationships with top-notch suppliers and processing facilities, starting with our partner processing facility in China. To be able to bring you the freshest and highest quality seafood we can find, and harvest it in a sustainable way, we partner with processing facilities all over the world.
