Jubilee Fisheries is a commercial fishing company that is based out of Seattle. It was incorporated in 1979. It owns and operates three catcher/processor vessels, fishing in the Gulf of Alaska and the Bering Sea. The markets are international, and fish are shipped to Europe (including Iceland, Norway, and Portugal), the northeast East Coast of the U.S. for processing and distribution nationwide (Mostly the southeastern U.S. and the East Coast), South America (Mexico and Brazil), Eastern Canada, Asia (including Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan).
