Barclay Seafood & Meats Corp. was established in 1976 and since has become one of the premier, minority-owned, shellfish-distribution companies on the West Coast. Initially, Owner and CEO C.T. Kuo saw an unmet demand for Rock Cod and Perch in 1976 and decided to meet that demand through investing what money he had into a boat. Shortly there-after, Barclay Seafood & Meats was born.
