Dalian Bingshan Group Co., Ltd (DBGC) is China's largest base of manufacturing refrigeration and air conditioning complete equipment, a base of manufacturing equipment for farm products' further processing, and also one of the China's main bases of manufacturing petrochemical general mechical equipment.
DBGC is composed of 48 companies, of which, 2 ones are listed companies, 13 ones are state-run companies and 33 ones are sino-foreign joint venture companies.It has about thirteen thousand of enrolled employees, and ten billion RMB of total properties.
DBGC came from the Dalian Refrigeration Works established in 1930. As the first listed company in China's refrigeration industry, Dalian refrigeration Works issued its A-share in the ShenZhen Stock Exchange and was renamed to be Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd accordingly in 1993. Based on the Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd, Bingshan Group Co., Ltd was founded in January, 1994.
