To support the company's policy, a Research & Development Unit was established to conduct in-depth research, particularly in the area of product improvement and development. We are also conscious of the need for quality in our entire production process. Products must reach each final customer in peak condition. Raw materials and samples are taken and tested by our technical service personnel to check that products meet specifications before being released for distribution.
Continental Pacific has already achieved several internationally recognized certifications including ISO 9002 and HACCP certifying that the company undertakes operations in accordance with international standards of quality and hygiene. We are also allowed to use the Halal seal to print on our own brands as we operate in accordance with Islamic rules.
