Fresh and Fine is an independent, family owned company located in the north - west of Poland. We are the first and the only company who can offer fresh, hand peeled cold water shrimps in only 5 days after their catch in the Northsea. Next to our main activity we supply Poland’s leading retail chains with fresh and convenience seafood. Hereby we have the exclusive right to represent Europe’s leading manufacturers. We ownes two factory outlets: Resko and Dobra, both located in the north - west of Poland, app. 200 km from Berlin. Our factories are EU approved ( PL32180901 ) and work on HACCP system. With over 300 workers we have the capacity of 10.000 kg shrimpmeat per week. With over 12 Years of experience we guarantee responsible production procedures with full tracability. In the past we have peeled shrimps for the biggest European suppliers of cold water shrimps: Heiploeg BV, Stührk Delikatessen, Büsumer Fischerei Gesellschaft.
