As seafood has gained momentum among retailers, chain restaurants, supermarkets, club stores and food service, we developed a full line of frozen seafood under the Fiesta del Mar, Nautilus and Atlantis labels. We also expanded to value added services such as portion control, pre-pricing, custom packaging, USDC inspections, private labeling and distribution.
Seventy-five years of experience and knowledge in handling several seafood species, has made State Fish a unique company, though at our core we’re still a family operation. Each day at 11:30 a.m. our management and sales personnel meet in the company dining room to discuss market conditions, new ideas, improving customer satisfaction, and trends. Sam’s founding belief in building strong relationships with our customers has inspired trust and confidence in the State Fish name, which we continued to foster to this day.
