Servair scales great heights to tell its customers "bon appétit". The company, part of Air France-KLM, is the world's third largest caterer, serving more than 200,000 meals on 100 airlines daily. From more than 60 service sites in nearly 20 nations, it prepares standard, Kosher, and halal meals as well as specialty cuisine for 120 customers including China Southern Airlines and Singapore Airlines. Though airline catering accounts for about 75% of revenue, the company also offers airplane cleaning and search services at many airports. Other services include private dining catering, operating duty-free shops, and providing other airport services. Servair operates through about 40 subsidiaries worldwide.
