Harald Mowinckel AS Ltd. was established in 1859 in Bergen, Norway and can look back on long traditions in Norwegian fishing industry. Activities were traditionally concentrated in the fields of production and export of salted herring, stockfish and both wet-salted and dry-salted cod. These products are shipped world-wide. Our company is working with a number of fishing vessels/fishing companies within all the main branches of Norwegian fishing industry. We are thus in the position to offer a wide range of products from the sea. Besides the traditional products mentioned above, we supply frozen mackerel, smoked herring, smoked salmon, fresh white fish (cod, haddock, ling, saithe, redfish, anglerfish etc) and frozen white fillets as well as roe from cod and ling (both salted and frozen). We have the flexibility to tailor all products according to clients specifications. Therefore we are open for advice that will help us to adjust our products to the traditional "cuisine" and in respect of consumers diet and gastronomical culture.
