In 1989, with the purchase of an oven to cold smoke, Niels Pedersen, S.A. was founded, a company with strength and family tradition.
Our smoking process is the same as the one used centuries ago in Denmark. It was a farming and fishing community located in the country shores that smoked their beef and fish in an artisan way at their home’s backyard using the traditional recipes and procedures, allowing the product to keep its nutritive potential.
