BIJEEN is enterprising and responsive. Our aim is to agree the best possible purchase conditions in comparison with our competitors. We also wish to strengthen the position of our formats in the market. This is achieved by making shrewd price and quality agreements with suppliers for our members.
C1000 BV and Jumbo Groep Holding b.v. are members of BIJEEN. We purchase for the C1000, Jumbo Supermarkten and Super de Boer formats.
BIJEEN has its own legal form, we are a cooperative. Buyers and staff are employed by us, not by our members. Our organisation consists of three business units: The A-brands unit (supplier-driven), the Private Label & Fancy Label unit and the Fresh Daily unit (both category-driven). We employ over 35 people.
