The only fair devoted to fish industry in Poland and one of the largest events in Central and Eastern Europe.It is organised every two years under the patronage of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The Polfish Fair is the only trade exhibition in Poland, and one of the largest ones in Central Europe, which specialist in the fish industry.
The Fair is the meeting-place for the producers of fish products with their customers: wholesalers, fish stores, supermarket chains, as well as with their suppliers: the producers and distributors of processing machines, packaging, food accessories, and refrigerating equipment, fishing companies, fish farms, traders and the manufacturers and distributors of fishing equipment.
