A Janesville, WI native, Chad spent the last 20 years living, sailing, fishing and cooking in South Padre Island, TX. Along the way he's earned a Coast Guard Captain's License and Bachelor's Degree in Education, as well as saving two people from drowning, driving semi trailers full of supplies to Hurricane Katrina victims, and sport-fishing and commercial fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Now, he's back in Janesville, with his wife and three children, selling seafood wild-caught by various friends and associates from his days in south Texas.
