Colabor Group Inc. (Colabor), formerly Colabor Income Fund, together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Colabor, Limited Partnership (Colabor LP), distributes and markets food and food-related products in Canada. The Company has two reportable segments: distribution to food distributors (Wholesale Segment) and distribution to foodservice enterprises (Distribution Segment). Wholesale Segment’s sale consists of food, food-related and non-food products that it purchases and supplies to wholesale distributors that, in turn, distribute these products to over 25,000 customers operating in the retail or foodservice market segments in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Distribution Segment consists of Summit Food Service Distributors (Summit) and Bertrand Food Distributor (Bertrand). Summit services primarily the Ontario market, but also distributes Cara restaurant products in Quebec. Bertrand is a distributor to foodservice and retail customers in the Quebec City and Saguenay regions.
