August 2017 - The merger between seafood processor and wholesale distributor Riverside Lobster International, Inc. and Cheticamp Fisheries is expected to create a seafood product global leader in the Canadian Maritime Provinces.
The merger was performed by Champlain Financial Corporation after completing the acquisition of Riverside from Ascendiant Capital Markets, LLC.
