The production has roots in ancient traditions in smoking and digging of fish, but with our own product development we have our tricks to make the taste and texture the way we think it should be. The products produced in our premises at Hitra are subject to strict hygiene and quality control requirements. Dolmøy House of Seafood has its own system for quality assurance of production. Raw materials are purchased from regular suppliers and undergo careful control before entering production. We are teaming up with our suppliers. Dolmøy House of Seafood has its own outlet in Barman Fjord on Hitra. You will also find our products in grocery stores in Trøndelag and Møre.
Dolmøy House of Seafood is a total supplier of fresh and processed fish, both white fish and salmon. We can offer a wide assortment of fish, such as fresh, light salt and various smoked products from the fish reception at Dolmøy and our smokehouse at Dolmøya at Hitra.
We are part of the Bremnes Group and have extensive cooperation with Rabben restaurant located on Sistranda on Frøya.
