Pinnacle Foods has two operating segments: dry foods and frozen foods. Within both segments we manufacture and market products sold to a wide array of customers from supermarkets to convenience stores to quick-serve restaurants.
In 2007 Pinnacle was acquired by the Blackstone Group for some $2 billion in cash and assumed debt.
