Peterhead & Fraserburgh Fish Processors Association (PFFPA) was established in 1981; currently there are approximately 40 members in the Association. The majority of members are small processors employing between 5 – 20 staff. Collectively the members’ employ around 3000 people. PFFPA members are proud to be among the world's leading producers of quality seafood products. The PFFPA exists to serve the needs of the shore-based seafood processors in Peterhead and Fraserburgh, who must fight to survive in the face of today's economic, environmental, and regulatory challenges.
