Bamach Oy in Kotka, Finland sold its name and business to Oy Mark-Tech Ab 29.12.2003. Oy Mark-Tech Ab then changed its name to Bamach Oy. Mr. Matti Savolainen, who sold his business, has retired. The operation in Kotka ended in 2003. The new owner of Bamach Oy is Finnvacum Oy. The Group employs 48 people. The yearly group turnover is apprx. 15 million euros. Finnvacum and Suomen Union-Verpackungs merged 01.02.2006. Please see www.finnvacum.fi  ! PM Digi Oy joined the Group in 2008. The Group is a financially strong, leading supplier of packaging machines and materials to the meat, fish and dairy industries. The service organization covers the whole country. Additionally plastic vacuum bags, which are produced by the Group, are exported to Russia, Sweden and Estonia.
