Migros Ticaret A.S., (Public, IST:MGROS.E) formerly Migros Turk T.A.S., is a Turkey-based food retail company engaged in the sale of food items, durable consumer products, glassware, confectionery products and leisure products, through a chain of grocery stores, shopping centers and kiosks. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008, it had a total of 1,191 shopping centers and hypermarkets in seven geographical regions of Turkey, as well as stores in Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Macedonia. Besides the Migros brand name, the Company also operates a chain of stores under Tansas, Sok, Ramstore and Macrocenter brands.
Migros Turk T.A.S. also provides online, telephone and catalogue shopping and delivering services for products such as cell phones, furniture, televisions, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers and washing machines. It merged with its parent company, Moonlight Perakendecilik ve Ticaret A.S., effective April 30, 2009.
