AAQ Holdings Limited, formerly Australis Aquaculture Limited, was an Australia-based company engaged in the production of barramundi. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008, the Company was engaged in the operation of a fish production facility in the United States, to produce commercial quantities of barramundi to be sold into the United States market, and the establishment of a barramundi production operation in Vietnam. The Company’s subsidiaries include Australis Aquaculture LLC (USA) and Australis Aquaculture Holdings LLC. On June 16, 2008, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Australis Aquaculture Vietnam Limited. Early March 2009 WM Capital of Huston, TX bought the hatchery and farming operations in Massachusetts and Vietnam from Australis Aquaculture in Australia and March 23 2009 Australis Aquaculture Ltd. announced that it has changed its name to AAQ Holdings Limited 31/01/2013: The securities of AAQ Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from official quotation immediately, pending the outcome of a resolution at the Company" general meeting to approve a change in the nature of the Company" activities. The Company" securities will remain suspended pending compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules. The Plumridge Project covers Fraser Zone rocks and prospective for nickel-copper mineralization. The Fraser Range Project is located approximately 110kilo meters northeast of Esperance, covering an area of 1,298 square kilo meters. It consists of four Exploration Licenses, E63/1521, E63/1522, E63/1523 & E63/1524.
