SPoN FISH ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in cod farming. The Company has a total of 30 licenses for breeding cod, distributed with 15 licenses in Sor-Varanger in Finnmark and 15 in Tysfjord in Nordland. The Company also owns a juvenile facility at Kvaloya by Tromso and a hatchery facility at Senja. SPoN FISH operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries: SPoN Fish Transport AS, Tysfjord Marin Holding AS, Marin Fisk Holding AS, Troms Marin Yngel AS and Norsk Marin Settefisk AS. The Company also owns a 82.4% stake in Br. Hveding AS, that further refines cod and produces lutefisk.
