The company Majestic Construcciones y Servicios SA from Bahia Blanca city has developed with MEPHSA technology a machine that produces ice in the form of microspheres with the aim of satisfying the requirements of ice of the food industry, fruit and vegetable and fish.
The development is aimed at the preservation of perishable food, plants either on land or on fishing boats, small or large size.
This system allows the production of ice in the form of microspheres even from seawater and replaces the traditional ways by a highly efficient mechanical system, energy efficient and occupies less physical space, blend into space on a boat fishing.
The team developed an ice factory Majestic with the characteristics of a fluid, making it easily transferable to the places of use and simplicity of handling a lot. Furthermore, by behaving like a liquid can cover and freeze food instantly on all surfaces, eliminating the possibility of formation of air pockets.
