Regular third party auditing ensures that esqu stays at the forefront when it comes to creating an environment for continuous improvement.
The SQF 1000 and 2000 Codes are a HACCP-based food safety and quality risk management system covering all food chain stakeholders. It covers the identification of food safety and quality risks, and the validation and monitoring of control measures.

Gray Aqua Farm's LTD has been in operation since 1988. Over the years they have grown their operation into a highly efficient facility, producing over 3 million SQF Certified smolts per year.
Admiral Fish Farms is a family operated salmon aquaculture business, created in 1996. Admiral Fish Farms has an SQF Certified processing facility located on Grand Manan and marine production throughout the Bay of Fundy region.
