The National Centre for Technology and Food Safety (CNTA-Laboratorio del Ebro) is a private non-profit making organisation based in San Adrián (Navarra). It was set up in 1981 as an initiative of the industrial canning sector of the Ebro Valley.
The CNTA provides analytical, technical assistance and R&D&I services to more than 500 companies – Associated and Customers – from the agrofood sector.
The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) acknowledges CNTA as a Process Authority.
