FRIEDRICHS is the specialist in fish delicacies. The range encompasses smoked fish such as eel, trout and salmon, caviar, herring and matjes products and other specialties.
In addition, Gottfried Friedrichs is particularly committed to furthering sustainable fishing and protecting the environment. In 2002, we were the first company in Germany to offer MSC-certified smoked wild salmon from guaranteed sustainable fishing in Alaska. Today, MSC-certified products account for a substantial proportion of our range.
