The National Technological University, as its name implies, a National University, ie, an institution of higher education, state and free, whose professional qualifications are valid throughout the territory of the Republic.
Its special characteristics that differentiate it from the National Universities are a federal organization: currently consists of 29 academic units with 22 of them ranking of regional colleges distributed throughout the country, allowing its graduates are trained professionals to develop appropriate technologies to regional needs, both in economic and productive as in the sociocultural.
