Ballybay Perch was established in 2007 by three local Ballybay men. PJ Finlay, John Connolly and Jim Kerr all had experience developing local enterprises in the Monaghan area and were looking for a sustainable project with the potential to create significant employment in the locality. Ballybay Perch Ltd is one of Europe 's leading providers of farmed perch. From its idyllic base in Ballybay, Co. Monaghan, the company distributes perch throughout Europe . Farmed in a modern state of the art recirculation system, Ballybay perch produce the finest sustainable fish available anywhere.
