Grants Smoked Foods (GSF) specialises in smoked salmon and trout, and added value salmon products. All sectors of the food industry are supplied from retail to foodservice to manufacturers.
GSF joined Cumbrian Holdings in April 2001 and has since enjoyed significant investment and growth. Higher level EFSIS accreditation was secured at an early stage and the site now boasts state of the art equipment, allowing it to guarantee supply to customers at the busiest times of the year.
