Was incorporated in 1990 and represents the interests of all SETFIA trawl operators. The South East Trawl Fishery provides a vitalsource of food, employment, trade and economic well-being for coastal communities and the widerAustralian population, both for present and future generations. The fishers conduct their fishing operations in a responsible manner, but they also seek collectively to improve those fishing operations as information and technology becomes available.
