Joto Fresh Fish began delivering seafood to Sydney restaurants in July 1998 – with one refrigerated delivery van, one employee, and a small rented premises located at Clovelly in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Joto Fresh Fish was committed to outstanding quality and service and that commitment still remains our greatest asset.
Fastforward to 2008 and Joto Fresh Fish is Sydney’s premier top-end seafood supplier. We are now located at Botany in a purpose built factory. Today we deliver seafood to over eighty of Sydney’s best restaurants six days a week in a fleet of seven new delivery trucks. We have a comprehensive food safety program which is audited by Safefood NSW.
Over the last 10 years we have developed many close relationships with fisherman, exporters, restauratuers, processors and most importantly aquaculture producers. These relationships are also a very important asset to our business – ensuring continuity of supply right throughout the year.
