Founded in 1983 by Chef Paul Prudhomme, Magic Seasoning Blends offer a full line of all natural herb & spice blends to retail, foodservice and the bulk ingredient industries. Operating out of an AIB Superior rated, 125,000 square foot facility outside of New Orleans, Magic Seasoning Blends offers their branded products, custom blending services and co-packing to a wide variety of clients in the USA and overseas (25 countries).
In terms of seafood seasonings, Magic Seasoning Blends “best seller” is Blackened Redfish Magic. Other seafood specific offerings include Shrimp Magic, Seafood Magic and Salmon Magic. With a 100,000 pound capacity flour silo, seasoned breadings and batters can also be produced in a cost efficient manner.
