RUNGIS express's basic range comprises over 3,000 top-quality products from more than 80 countries, including meat, fish, seafood, poultry, vegetables, coffee, spices, dairy and bread specialities, pâtés and terrines. When the "Express" is really rolling, approximately 20 tonnes of fresh products from all over the world are distributed to about 1,000 top chefs, fine food retailers, hotels and restaurants on every delivery night.
In July 2005, RUNGIS express was transformed into a public limited company. Under its new management by Christian Helms and Thomas Schemmel.
