The Lafourche Central Market located at 4484 LA Hwy. 1, @ LA Hwy. 1 & Hwy. 90, next to the Lafourche Convention & Visitors Bureau. The Central Market is a 60’x 120’ open-air pavilion that is equipped with electricity, fans, running water, restrooms, a stage and room for 30-36 booths. Plenty of new parking spaces are being built on-site to accommodate vendors and the public. The Central Market will allow farmers, fishermen and artisans a weekly venue to sell their products. It will be open every Saturday from 8-12.
