Today's Catch was established in 1992 to Wholsale Catfish to restaurants, grocery stores, and other seafood markets. In March of 2000 after much presuasion by individuals and friends, who wished to purchase smaller quantities of fish; we established the retail end of our business and by the end of the year had branched out to sell shrimp and froglegs along with our catfish. We have since expanded our retail market and offer a variety of seafood products indigenous to the Louisiana palate such as Opp. Catfish, Turtle Meat, Buffalo, and of course Crawfish.
