With a loan from his wife’s parents, he purchased one truck and drove away with a dream to offer the best fish to the best chefs in Florida. Twenty two years later, Gary’s Seafood & Specialties is known worldwide for our Gold Ribbon standard of having the highest quality fish; our fish is cut to order, no exceptions. Gary’s can be found around the globe on world class menus of some of the most prestigious chefs in the industry.
Centrally located in Orlando, Florida, Gary’s is able to buy and source local seafood from all coasts and offer an incredible fresh supply of diverse products to our valued customers. Global seafood purchasing is also effortless with our close proximity to international transportation services. This centralization of our state of the art processing facility also allows us to process and ship products daily all over the world. New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, St. Thomas or the Bahamas- no destination is left unsolicited.
