The project relied on the idea of developing the production of sturgeon Anillaco after a number of investigations for two years and obtained the alliance of an Institute of farming in Russia.(VNIRO)
The company serves the development of a whole suckling, reproduction, development and feeding of the fish until a stage production of caviar.
At the technical specifications of the project, two aspects were assessed. On the one hand the ability of the climate of the area and the plant is located in a relativelysuitable for this species (sturgeon). Secondly, the facilities, with the water supplysystem by gravity, does not require large energy or pumping equipment (necessary elements and used in any fish farming of this species in the world).
