Our track record stretches back 28 years, having completed over 450 company sales and purchases, typically in the business value range of £2m to £50m. Transactions have covered most active business sectors although areas that we do not operate in are biotechnology, software start-ups and gaming.
We have completed 5 transactions in 2012 in "Building Products Distribution", "Passenger Transport", "Recruitment" and "Event Management". We are, in particular, seeing high levels of activity in the Food & Drink, Transport & Travel and specialist Engineering sectors along with heightened activity in the Construction and Building Products sector generally.
