The origin of Pelazza. S.L. goes back to 1915 wilh the production of Salted Anchovies following traditionaI methods, for sale in the domestic and export markets.
In 1954 the company adopted its current name and since then hwfocussed on 1he production of Anchovy Fillets in Oil, mainlaining its values and principles of craftsmanship and quality , which have been wi1h us since the beginnin .
In the early ninelies PELAZZA, S.L. began an important expansion, increwing ils presence in the Spanish market without giving up its traditional inclination towards exporling, consolidating it self as a SPANISH LEADER IN THE PRODUCTION OF ANOHOVY FILLETS IN OIL, with sales ending 11 million euros in the 2000 financial year.
