The "Di Ronza Group Fish" company is the result of the tradition and entrepreneurial experience of our family,
that for almost 30 years has been able to keep alive the passion for the sea.

Our core business is represented by the marketing, processing and distribution of fresh local, frozen, farmed and imported fish products,
the activity is mainly aimed at the GDO sector (Large Organized Distribution)
and HORECA (Restaurants, Hotels, Bathing establishments, Company and school canteens, Catering Services).

The in-depth knowledge of the fishing industry and the efficient organization with which we operate, have made it possible over time to retain a varied and increasingly demanding clientele, who daily recognize the reliability of our company and our solid know-how. We provide our customers with a high quality service guaranteed by experienced, qualified collaborators and professional logistical support.

the company proposes itself as an intermediary between food producers and operators of large organized distribution and commercial and collective catering, being a valid point of reference among suppliers able to ensure timely service and a wide range of products.

The strategic location of our headquarters was intended to create an optimal logistical base both for the handling of incoming and outgoing products, and for their storage in our refrigerated warehouses. We are particularly competitive in the fresh national fish that reaches our warehouses every night from the main Italian and foreign markets. All the fish is prepared and processed according to the orders received and is delivered quickly.

FISH PROCESSING
In the modern factory, the company prepares the fish before delivery according to the needs of each customer. The fish can be delivered as caught or processed: “gutted, scaled, filleted, etc.”. As for the mussels, special machines are used for cleaning and washing.
All processing steps are carried out in strict compliance with high health and environmental standards.

The high professionalism of the employees and the in-depth knowledge of the fish product allows us to guarantee the highest quality processed fish to the kitchens of restaurants, hotels, bathing establishments, school and company canteens, and large-scale distribution in the areas covered by the service.
The fish preparation process is very fast, the catch that arrives every night at our factory is promptly processed and sent to the customer. The storage facilities are equipped with modern equipment for the correct management of the cold chain, capable of preserving the freshness of the products.

CERTIFIED QUALITY
All products marketed and distributed by Di Ronza Group Fish come from rigorously and carefully selected suppliers all over the world.
An efficient traceability system guarantees our customers maximum food safety, thanks to the application of procedures in accordance with the Self-Control Plan (HACCP) that follow the product from its arrival at our suppliers, to storage and processing, up to transport. and delivery to our customers.

The plant is subject to weekly checks by the veterinary surgeon of the USL, who also periodically carries out samplings along all stages of the processing cycle to verify the compliance of the food in terms of labeling, microbiological characteristics and the absence of prohibited substances.
To ensure food safety throughout the supply chain, the company has also put in place procedures and advanced identification systems aimed at guaranteeing the traceability of the batches marketed, thus allowing the complete withdrawal of products from the market in the event of an alert or non-conformities found in the context of self-control.

FAO FISHING MARKETS / ZONES
All fish products, both domestic and imported, come from the fishing areas FAO, the organization for food and agriculture, which has divided the world into various zones, assigning each of them a number, for tracing and the provenance of food products.

All fresh fish, local, national and from the closest Mediterranean coasts, arrives every night from the main Italian and foreign markets to be prepared and distributed daily. Di Ronza Group Fish offers a particularly fast service in the distribution of local fish, caught and served within 24 hours, thanks to collaboration contracts with some fishing cooperatives that guarantee fresh fish according to seasonality.

Our Sales Network is made up of an experienced and qualified team of Agents who cover the Italian and European territory in a capillary way from our distribution service.
In addition to constantly implementing Di Ronza Group Fish's existing customer base, the Agents provide valid information support to their customers thanks to periodic meetings (scheduled according to mutual needs) so as to establish profitable and lasting relationships of trust.
